  1. Menu Sounds

  3. AutoMenus Pro will make sounds when the menus are drawn and when the user clicks on an enabled menu item if you so choose. To access AutoMenus Pro's sound options, press the 窶牢ound Options窶™ button in the Control Panel.

  7. When Drawing Menus - When checked, AutoMenus Pro will play the selected sound when each menu is drawn.

  9. When Selecting Menu Items - When checked, AutoMenus Pro will play the selected sound when the user clicks a menu item.

  11. Selecting The Menu Sound

  13. AutoMenus Pro allows you to select the menu sound you wish to play in each particular instance (see above).

  15. On the left is a list of currently available sounds in both the AutoMenus Pro Control Panel and the System File. The sound which is highlighted is the currently selected sound which will play when the menu event selected in the 窶牢elect Sound For:窶™ box occurs.

  17. You can sample the sounds simple by pressing on the sound's name in the list.

  19. How AutoMenus Pro Plays Sounds

  21. AutoMenus Pro plays all sounds asynchronously, so you don't have to worry about any delays waiting for sounds to play. AutoMenus Pro also stores its sounds in RAM, so there is no lag time waiting for the desired sound(s) to load.
